| HPCⅢ

Procollagen III (PCIII) is a kind of procollagen. Procollagen is the precursor of protocollagen and is the form before it is secreted into the extracellular system. Procollagen is formed by spiraling three proα chains, each with an N-terminal propeptide of 15 amino acid residues and a C-terminal propeptide of 25 amino acid residues.

| Recovery

The recovery of Rat HPCⅢ spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Rat HPCⅢ and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
